To request a withdrawal, you have to fill in the corresponding form in your Personal Account and provide all the necessary documents.

You can withdraw funds using the same method that you have chosen to make a deposit.

Our managers process requests for withdrawal every business day from 09:00 until 18:00 local time. Applications sent after 18:00 will be processed during the next working day.

It would be best if you kept in mind that the time needed to transfer your money depends on the chosen method.

The list of necessary documents is available in your Personal Account. Some additional documents to confirm the client’s identity and the place of his/her account registration can be requested.

It is also essential to make sure that you have enough money left to meet margin requirements for open positions when requesting for partial withdrawal of funds. Remember that the company is not responsible for any losses caused by the lack of funds on your account.
